Was going through all my RAW files and removing to make more room on the hard-drive, since the d800 files takes up so much space. Then I stumbled upon this one and was like "How did I miss this?", being so much into shapes I really fell in love with this image and had to share it.
*If you do not see the face, think of a hat and the mouth behind the trees ( at least how I see it )
Wow, it's another aurora that totally is like a curtain in the sky. As your name implies I can see a shape of a man in the sky if I turn my head to make it a portrait size picture.
However, the aurora doesn't have much of an emphasis to make a shape of a man. However it is one beautiful curtain in the sky, and that would be better if it was the title.
The green aurora along with it's violet remnants totally make the sky bright like beautiful.
I hope you take more pictures of aurorae shining up the sky and I hope it has some emphasis on it.
Yes it's a good one alright, I can see a large face clearly above the trees. The mouth is just behind the tree tops just left of centre (large bright area), slightly above the tree line there is a large, dark nose with just a hint of white on its left side, almost like a shadow and two dark nostrils just below. Higher is a closed right eye above which is a large brow right across the top of the head, this could be a hat but I see it as a a thick set eye brow! I love the tree silhouettes too! I may have to this one.
