Wonderful view! It is beautiful, unique. And stunning. It is a work of art, a magnificent piece, and it is beyond belief beautifully done. There is nothing you could do to make it better. And If I may, your good at what you do. Beautifully done. Keep at it. Spectacular. This is beautifully done, truly stunning, amazing, creative, and positively outstanding. I wish to see so much more. It is wonderfully beautiful. The colors, the view, the everything. Could not be any better than what it is right now. It makes you feel there... Good job well done friend. Beautiful
This is absolutely beautiful. It kind of looks like a bird. It reminds me of a phoenix in the way it is lit up and shaped. It's very inspirational and the colors are very relaxing to look at, but I suppose that can be expected with cooler colors
It almost seems magical in a sense, like some grand climax in some fantasy movie. It's rather amusing how calm the land is below by the contrast of all that light going on overhead. Even the reflection is subdued.
And, I dunno what to say but the critique won't let me submit anything less than this.
My God, how is this real!? Amazing! I can't believe this occurs on our planet I'm that in awe. It looks like something out of a sci-fi film but gosh, I wanna see it for real! Great great job!!! Thanksh<3
Your photography is absolutely breathtaking. I cannot begin to tell you how beautiful and ethereal the aurora's are that you manage to capture! I'm intending to travel to Europe in the near future, and Norway is one of the destinations I've had in mind, especially S°rkjosen for a time, after seeing such raw beauty of the countryside there!
Keep in mind that S°rkjosen is a tiny tiny place and you have to have some local knowledge to get to the really good spots, or you have to go with for instance www.boreal.as on their organized tours to see some auroras and other stuff.
But if you decide to come to this place be sure to send a message before you do, ill be happy to show you around.
I've been doing some "tours" of Norway courtesy of Google Earth (closest thing i can get for now) thank you very much for the offer and the website for guidance! It's greatly appreciated Which months do you find the optimal times to observe the Auroras? I happen to live in the south western Canada, so I may just pay the northern territories a visit for some aurora-viewing before I'm able to fly over to the Scandinavian countries I wish to visit
The 2 very best times to see the auroras are in early september ( 8th-10th ) and around equinox in march ( 20th ) but you need some good old fashion luck to catch one at those times. The scientist are not quite sure why the auroras around those times appear much more powerful than usual but it is indeed a good time to see one. In general the aurora season starts in september and ends around now ( 15th-18th ) of april, it really lasts all year but because of it being light outside all the time now you cannot see the auroras anymore.
Personal recommendation is december and january for longer trips.
Behold! The pegasus, ever shining from the heavens has arrived, galloping by lighting every step in the sky! Rays of blessings come down to earth, oh what joy, in intense expectation mixed with waving reverence! Trembling grips my fragile body, a poor, humble shell, for when I think "If only I could ascend to this creature, caressing its forefront, get on its back and ride away to the frontiers beyond my wisdom!" Oh mind, you want always to walk greater distance than the feet allows, thus nurturing the longing for all my life, your only escape is creation....
